EARLY CAREER & EUROPEAN FOUNDATION

Born and raised in Poland, Ela Hersberger developed an early passion for art and visual storytelling. Her artistic foundation includes classical artistic training influenced by the techniques of the European Old Masters, where careful study of light, composition, and human expression formed the basis of her creative approach.

Her early career expanded into high-fashion photography and portrait artistry, refining her understanding of composition, styling, and the expressive possibilities of light.

She later completed studies in Business and Media Communications, combining artistic creativity with entrepreneurial leadership that would later shape her international career.

Her work has appeared on book covers for published authors and has been featured in international magazines, demonstrating her versatility across visual media and design.

Beyond her artistic work, Hersberger is an experienced entrepreneur who has founded and led several successful creative ventures.

One of these initiatives, Elite Bridal Network, became a prominent professional organization connecting leaders within the luxury creative and events industries. Through curated gatherings and large-scale networking events attended by hundreds of professionals, the organization created opportunities for collaboration among top-tier creatives and industry leaders.

Through her work, Hersberger developed extensive expertise in luxury event design, creative direction, and the orchestration of large-scale experiences. Her professional development has also included participation in international luxury industry conferences, including a prestigious design conference in Lake Como, Italy, where she engaged with and learned from many of the world’s leading creative directors and planners.

These experiences strengthened her ability to guide complex creative projects with clarity, elegance, and artistic vision—skills that continue to influence her work today.

Hersberger also serves as President of the nonprofit organization “Don’t Fear Me Foundation,” supporting initiatives that raise awareness and understanding for individuals with Down syndrome.
